Below is a breakdown of each of the question types available when building questionnaires. For some of the more complex question types, click the name of the type to view a video example for a more detailed explanation of how it may be used.

| Contact | To collect the name of a person or company and optionally their email, phone number, or address. **All of the data associated with this particular contact will be stored as a "contact" on the client's profile under the Information tab. These contacts can then be used to fill in other fields that require contact information if the same contact is applicable. | Who is the primary contact for your company? |
Currency | An input that will display a $ symbol and will only accept numbers. | What is the hourly rate of the employee? |
An input that enables a table or list of information to be created. | Please specify each of the shareholders' names and the number of shares they hold. | |

Email | An input that requests the user to enter an email in the correct email format. | What is your email address? |
